A3280ELHLT Overview
An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tape & Reel (TR) in order to protect it against damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches are packaged in SOT-23W packages. As a maximum current, magnetic switches can supply 8mA. It is possible for these switches to operate at a maximum current of 25mA. To make the switches work, they have 3 pins. This document contains 3 terminations. The switches should generally produce a current of 25mA. Normally, this switch should supply a maximum voltage of 24V. In terms of reliability, this switch will normally supply 12V. In this case, the minimum voltage supplied by the magnetic switch can be 4.2V.
