AD106-02E Overview
An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tube in order to protect it against damage. In order to protect the switches from damage, they are packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. A magnetic switch is capable of supplying 4.5mA as the maximum current for maximum performance. When they are working, these switches can output a maximum current of 20mA. Switches of this type can deliver currents up to 4.5mA.
