AD520-02E Overview
Magnetic switches are packaged in Tube for protection against damage. 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are used to protect the magnetic switches from damage. The magnetic switches can supply 4.5mA as the maximum current for good performance. Switches of this type are capable of delivering 20mA as the maximum current when they are in use. To output current, magnetic switches should be set to 20mA. There is a limit to 4.5mA current that can be supplied by these switches. It is possible to set the maximum operating temperature for magnetic switches to 125°C. The operating temperature of this magnetic switch must not be lower than -40°C.
