AD620-02E Overview
The magnetic switch is packaged in the Tube in order to prevent damage. In order to ensure safety, magnetic switches are packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. In order to achieve good performance, the magnetic switches should be able to supply 4.5mA as the maximum current. It is possible for these switches to output 20mA as the maximum current when they are working. To output current, magnetic switches should be set to 20mA. The maximum current supplied by these switches can be 4.5mA. There is 125°C maximum operating temperature for magnetic switches. However, the operating temperature should not be less than -40°C in order for this magnetic switch to work.
