AD622-02E Overview
A protective Tube package is used to protect the magnetic switch against damage. For safety reasons, magnetic switches are packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. Good performance is achieved by powering the magnetic switches with 4.5mA as the maximum current. If these switches are functioning, they can output 20mA as the maximum current. The maximum current for magnetic switches should be 20mA to be output. The maximum current supplied by these switches can be 4.5mA. It is possible to set the maximum operating temperature for magnetic switches to 125°C. In order for this magnetic switch to function, the working temperature must be greater than -40°C.
