ADUM3070ARQZ-RL7 Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 16 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~105°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 200kHz~1MHz.
