BP104S Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Tube to prevent damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-DIP packages. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 60V. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. When the photodiodes are placed in a circuit, they may produce heat 215mW. It is recommended that the reverse anode voltage on the photodiodes be 60V. Photodiodes exhibit 2nA current even in the absence of light input.
