The magnetic switch is packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent damage. In order to protect the switches from damage, they are packaged in 4-XFBGA, CSPBGA packages. A magnetic switch with good performance can deliver 8μA as its maximum current. Magnetic switches should have a maximum current of 500μA to operate.
