During packaging, the magnetic switch is protected against damage with the Tape & Reel (TR). In order to ensure safety, magnetic switches are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. The magnetic switches can supply a maximum current of 2.7mA Typ for good performance. Switches require 3 pins to work. It is generally recommended that the switches output 30mA current. When the magnetic switches are operating, they could supply 38V.
