FDMF3039 Overview
For packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.H bridge is provided in the 22-PowerWFQFN package for the sake of cost savings.Based on 4.5V~5.5V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.Surface Mount is mounted on H bridge circuit.A normal operation of -40°C~150°C TJ is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are DC-DC Converters, Synchronous Buck Converter.H gate is mounted on the PCB using Surface Mount.Full bridge also possesses Bootstrap Circuit, Diode Emulation as a specific characteristic.IC type SWITCHING REGULATOR is used as H bridge circuit's analog IC.
