ISL6535IRZ-TK Overview
As a result of 16-VQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc controls with 10.8V~13.2V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 200kHz that can be used with this controller. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start.
