ISL6565BCV-T Overview

The switching controller fits in the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. 3 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The program can handle PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). 4.75V~5.25V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~105°C TA. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 80kHz~1.5MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output.
