With its 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. 2 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 5V~55V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TJ. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 50kHz~1.1MHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Dead Time Control, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. Thare are switch converters of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
