ISL8104IRZ-T Overview
In the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 7.6V~15.4V. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 200kHz~1.5MHz.
