ISL8120IRZ-TK Overview
It comes in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. For 2 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 3V~5.6V. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 150kHz~1.5MHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Power Good is included in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. There are a QUAD terminal on the switching converters.
