ISL81401AFRZ-T7A Overview
With its 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc controls with 4.5V~40V voltage are supplied and operated. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TA is the -40°C~125°C TArm. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 90kHz~650kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Current Limit, Enable, Power Good. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position QUAD .
