ISL81401FRZ-T7A Overview
Capsuled in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control operates at 4.5V~40V and has a 4.5V~40V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TA. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 90kHz~650kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Current Limit, Enable, Power Good. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD . An array of 32 terminations of dc switching. Some of the control techniques used by these dc dc converter ics are PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's input voltageis 8V volts. It is recommended to use 4.5V as the minimum input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator. The dc to dc regulator is limited to 40V input voltage.
