KA7500B controller circuit of PWM switch regulator adopts KA7500B. KA7500B PWM controller comprises of a 5V reference voltage circuit, two error amplifiers, a trigger, an output control circuit, a PWM comparator, a dead time comparator, and an oscillator. KA7500B ON Semiconductor can work at a switching frequency of 1khz ~ 300khz.
