This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. This harley voltage regulator is available in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 2MHz. Input voltage 2.7V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
