LM5140QRWGRQ1 Overview


It comes in a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 2 input. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. Voltages 3.8V~65V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~150°C TJ. The switching controller can be switched at 440kHz 2.2MHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount, Wettable Flank. Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the QUAD position. The 40 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. These dc dc converter ics adapt a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. It is inputted with a DC switcher's voltage of 12V.
