LM5140QRWGRQ1 Overview
It comes in a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 2 input. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. Voltages 3.8V~65V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~150°C TJ.
