LTC1625IGN#PBF Overview
In the 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tube solid enclosures. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 3.9V~36V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 150kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator.
