LTC3803MPS6-3#TRMPBF Overview


In the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 5.7V~8V. Workable in an dc switcher where -55°C~150°C TJ is the -55°C~150°C TJrm. It can switch at 300kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Current Limit, Enable. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at DUAL . Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 6 terminations. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 8V. Search for "LTC3803" to find other relevant dc to dc converter ics. There are only 6 pins on switching converter. An input voltage of 7.2V is the minimum required for the dc dc voltage regulator. To ensure the reliability under power-up and power-down, the maximum duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc is set as 80 %. DC regulator330kHz has the maximum frequency. 1A is the greatest value switching converter outputs as current. Switching with 1 phases is the property of this controller.
