Capsuled in the SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 2.75V~9.8V. Suitable for work in a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. Switching can be done at 550kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general.
