MB39C503WQN-G-AMERE1 Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a QFN package. Cut Tape is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 800kHz. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. There are only 16 pins on switching converter. Because of DC switcher's Surface Mount, it is suitable for most prototype designs and applications. DC regulator should be kept at a temperature of -30°C or higher. Running the machine at 85°C is ideal. Ideally, it is suited for switching controllers with a 45mA input. When it is working normally, it outputs a value of 3.5V. The phase of this controller is 1. Voltage is rated 5.5V for maximum supply.
