MCP1653RT-E/UN Overview


Capsuled in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 2.7V~5.5V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher.
