MLT04GP Overview
In order to package the product, Tube is used.A cost-effective solution has been embedded in the 18-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.There is a common practice of using 4-Quadrant bits per stage.A voltage of 5V is used for its operation.This device is supplied with a nominally negative voltage of -5V.The frequency range of 8MHz is occupied by a modulated radio-frequency signal.To prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line, there are 18 terminations.It is the component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures that determines the reflow temperature limit of 240.Upon reaching 85°C, the maximum operating temperature is allowed.In normal operation, the maximum supply voltage is maintained at 5.25V.Keeping the operating temperature below -40°C is the maximum permissible.
