A protective Bulk package surrounds the magnetic switch to protect it from damage. A safety precaution is taken by putting the magnetic switches into TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. To ensure good performance, the magnetic switches are capable of delivering 17.5mA as the maximum current. They can supply up to 17mA amps of current. For the magnetic switches, a maximum operating temperature of 150°C may be set. This magnetic switch, however, requires an operating temperature of -40°C.
