MLX92241LUA-AAA-004-SP Overview
An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Bulk in order to protect it against damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches are packaged in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 Short Body packages. A magnetic switch is capable of supplying 17mA as the maximum current for maximum performance. Currents up to 17mA can be supplied by these switches. Magnet switches can operate at a maximum temperature of 150°C. Nevertheless, this magnetic switch must not operate at temperatures below -40°C.
