Designed to protect magnetic switches from damage, the Tape & Reel (TR) package contains the switches. Magnet switches are packed in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages for safety reasons. A magnetic switch is capable of supplying 8μA as the maximum current for maximum performance. Magnetic switches should be able to output 2mA of current.
