Tape & Reel (TR) package done to protect the magnetic switch from damage. In order to protect the switches from damage, they are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. Good performance is achieved by powering the magnetic switches with 8μA as the maximum current. Magnet switches must be able to output 2mA current.
