Capsuled in the 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 1.8V~6V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 280kHz~1.08MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
