The switching controller fits in the 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 0.8V~6V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 600kHz that can be used with this controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator.
