SCANH162602SM/NOPB Overview
There is an embedded version of it in the 64-LFBGA package. In other words, it is packaged in a manner similar to Tray. A 16-Bit circuit is used for achieving its superior flexibility as a result of its use of 16-Bit circuits. This electrical device has a logic type of Universal Bus Transceiver. As you can see from the image, this electronic component is mounted in a Surface Mount-direction. There should be a temperature difference between -40°C~85°C and the operating temperature. In order to ensure maximum design flexibility, it features a High/Low output current of 24mA 24mA. FPGAs in the SCAN series are this type. The supply voltage is 2.7V~3.6V.
