SP6683ER-L Overview
To save board space, it uses the DFN package. A LED driver with 1 outputs is designed.The frequency of 1.2MHz is used as the basis for its operation.It has a base configuration of 10 pins.As you can see, it is mounted by Surface Mount.It's acceptable for the voltage to be 5.5V.There is 6V voltage output from it.The input voltage must be minimally -300mV.It is designed to operate at a minimal voltage of 2.7V to achieve the highest efficiency.When the maximum supply current is allowed, it reaches 6V.It is possible to obtain a high efficiency with this device when the maximum supply current is less than 3mA.For stable operation, the operating temperature should not exceed 85°C.Stable operation requires an operating temperature greater than -40°C.LED drivers can deliver all benefits of 300mA due to their maximum output current.5.5V should be the maximum output voltage.Maintain a constant output current of 200mA.A minimum voltage of 300mV is maintained by its output.
