SS443A-L Overview
An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Bulk in order to protect it against damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches are packaged in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 Short Body packages. In order to provide good performance, magnetic switches can supply 10mA as the maximum current. When operating, these switches can output a maximum current of 20mA. Magnetic switches should be able to output 20mA at their maximum current. As a general rule, the switches should output 20mA. The magnetic switches can operate at 150°C. This magnetic switch, however, cannot operate at temperatures below -40°C. It is possible that the magnetic switches can supply 12V voltage when they are in operation. The maximum voltage that could be provided by this electronic component is 30V. It is possible to supply 3.8V as the minimum voltage through these switches. During normal operation, it can deliver 10mA current.
