TL5001CP-P Overview


The switching controller fits in the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package and is ideal for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 3.6V~40V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -20°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Switching can be done at 20kHz~500kHz with this switching controller. The Through Hole value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Dead Time Control, Frequency Control which allows efficient switching control. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters.
