TL7660IDR Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TA when operating. 10kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Input voltage 1.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -Vin 2Vin.
