TPS40090QPWRQ1 Overview


The switching controller fits in the 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. 4 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. With this function, you can deal with PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s).
