UC3843BVD1R2 Overview


Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 7.6V~30V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher.
