VEMD2520X01 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for protection. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 60V. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes may be able to release 215mW heat. The reverse anode voltage for the photodiodes should be 60V. It is generally recommended that the maximum heat released by photodiodes should be 215mW in a circuit. If your DC circuit has a reverse voltage of 60V, the photodiodes will work properly. Current should flow across a photodiode at 1V. The photodiode will operate at 1nA current even in the absence of light input.
