XC9120B091ER-G Overview


With a 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 1.8V~6V. A -40°C~85°C dc switcher is not a problem. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 100kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable which allows efficient switching control. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. Basically, it's a dc to dc voltage regulator from the XC9120 series.
