XC9221D093ER-G Overview
As a result of 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control operates at 2.8V~16V and has a 2.8V~16V supply voltage. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. There is a switch at 300kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at DUAL. 6 terminations with various dc switching's functions. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. It is inputted with a DC switcher's voltage of 5V.
