XC9301A593MR-G Overview


The switching controller fits in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package and is ideal for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The system can process Fixed dc switching's outputs (s). A 2V~10V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. Enable is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. XC9301 is a series of dc to dc voltage regulator.
