XC9302A303MR-G Overview


As a result of SC-74A, SOT-753 compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. Fixed dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. Voltages 2V~10V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C dc switcher. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable is included in the dcdc regulator. It belongs to the XC9302 series of dc to dc voltage regulator.
