In order to increase flexibility, the package 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) is used.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.There are 6 drivers installed for this device.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.A supply voltage of 13V~17.5V demonstrates its superiority.This gate type has a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Inverting is used as its input type.The configuration starts with 28 terminations.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 28 pins when designing.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 240mA.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 620V.Mosfet gate drivers can deliver a current of 375mA.Gate drivers in this series are included in the EiceDriver? series.
