AD205-00E Overview
It is protected against damage by being packaged in a Tube. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches are packaged in 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages. Good performance is achieved by magnetic switches that can supply 4.5mA as maximum current. In their operating mode, these switches can output a maximum current of 20mA. For magnetic switches to be actuated, the maximum current should be 20mA. These switches can supply a maximum current of 4.5mA. For the magnetic switches, 125°C is the maximum operating temperature. For this magnetic switch to function, however, the operating temperature cannot be below -40°C.
