AD834JR Overview
Tube are used for its packaging.A cost-effective solution has been embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.There is a considerable amount of use of 4-Quadrant bits per stage.For its operation, a voltage of 5V is applied.A nominal negative supply voltage is provided for -5V.It is occupied by a modulated radio-frequency signal in the frequency range 500MHz.A 8 termination prevents signals from reflecting off the transmission line.Reflow temperature limit NOT APPLICABLE is determined by the component with the lowest temperature tolerance.It is permitted to operate at a maximum temperature of 70°C.In order to maintain normal operation, the maximum supply voltage is set at 9V.
