AD9516-0BCPZ-REEL7 Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer.
