ADF4001BCPZ Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3V.
