ADF4153YCPZ Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. This clock generator is embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. In it, there are 20 terminations to be found. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS, TTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 4GHz Max. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.3V of power. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 2.7V. As long as you provide 2.7V~3.3V supply voltage, it will work. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with Clock logic levels. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Fractional N Synthesizer (RF) component. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors.
